Albion admits the true finally --- Albion called County Attorney Tim Jones. Albion then told the group (the LACPC) that it does not, in the county's opinion, operate under the state's Sunshine Laws that call for open government because it is not an official advisory board to the county.
Is the LACPC really protecting the interst of the citizens of Lehigh Acres????
IS THE COUNTY RUNNING THE BOARD?
